Through Unison, FTP and BORM, the following projects have been completed:
- Chatham Islands single storey houses manufactured in Malaysia and shipped as 95% complete Volumetric Modular Buildings
- New Zealand private luxury resort chalets as Volumetric Modular Construction
- New Zealand social and affordable housing pilot project using Volumetric Modular Construction
- Malaysia redesign of abandoned traditional construction to use Volumetric Modular Construction and maximise the Developer's profit over the next five years
- Qatar, 3,000 housing units (6 storey blocks)
- Western Australia, 1800 bed workers accommodation village, Karratha
- Papua New Guinea, design and prototyping of 220 permanent modular housing units, medical centre and laboratory for ExxonMobil’s PNG LNG project (via CB&I-Clough JV)
- Western Australia, Turnkey permanent accommodation village for Kimberley Metals Limited
