Unison Projects International Limited is an Australian headquartered design and construct contractor and project development company. Unison's people are skilled in the development and physical execution of design and construction projects.We use our understanding of project finance and operational costs during the early stages of projects to provide better outcomes throughout an asset's lifecycle. Our flexibility is unique and potentially our greatest strength. Our alliance-style partnerships and contracting arrangements enable us to clearly identify and mitigate the risks associated with project delivery, and therefore provide a more cost effective overall outcome. Unison's services can be tailored for each project depending on the expertise or our client and partners.
Specialist industries
Unison has specialist divisions focused on the delivering the following solutions:
- Volumetric Modular Construction, where we 95% complete a residential or commercial building in the factory and ship the modules to be installed in days.
- Bulk liquid storage, particularly oil and fuel to API650 tanks and all ancillary piping and infrastructure.
- Fabricated process steel, for all oil, gas and process applications, including site erection and commissioning
- Traditional building solutions, with an emphasis on complex buildings such as hospitals.
- Power generation, from gas-fired, combine cycle to solar arrays and waste-to-energy systems, such as biogas.
- Major project management for major/mega infrastructure projects using our unique inUnison cloud-based integrated management system.
- Project finance solutions are available for selected types of projects where Unison is directly involved. For select clients, we allow alternative means of payment through providing a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or through "commodities for projects", such as crude oil.
- Commodity and general trading for bulk food items (ICUSMA 45 sugar, Crude Palm Oil, Olein, ...) through to medical devices and personal protective equipment, PPE (particularly Malaysian origin nitrile examination gloves and isolation gowns, ...).
